At Luv Crafts, we carefully hand-pack every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Please review the details below regarding shipping, delivery times, and responsibilities.

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands
  • European Union countries

If you require shipping outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Netherlands

  •  1–3 business days after dispatch

European Union

  • 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections (if applicable), or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above certain order values.
  • All prices displayed include VAT where applicable within the EU.

5. Tracking Information

  • All shipped orders include tracking information where available.
  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Responsibility & Risk

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations:

  • The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods are delivered to the address provided.
  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
  • LuvCrafts is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details, re-shipping costs may apply.

8. Customs & Duties (If Shipping Outside EU)

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Force Majeure

LuvCrafts is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
