2. Scope & Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via the Luv Crafts website. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

3. Product Information

  • All products are handcrafted candles and decorative items.
  • Due to the handmade nature, minor variations in color, carving, or finish may occur.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes.

Luv Crafts makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable within the EU.
  • Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
  • Payment must be completed before shipment.

Luv Crafts reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

5. Order Formation

An agreement is formed once Luv Crafts confirms your order by email.

Luv Crafts reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Incorrect pricing
  • Fraud suspicion
  • Payment issues

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed. Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery in accordance with EU consumer law.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

8. Legal Guarantee

Under EU law, consumers are entitled to a minimum two-year legal guarantee that goods conform to the contract.

If a product is defective, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

9. Liability

Luv Crafts is not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from improper candle use
  • Failure to follow safety instructions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, branding, logos, and product designs are the intellectual property of Luv Crafts and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11. Force Majeure

Luv Crafts is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or governmental restrictions.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

13. Online Dispute Resolution (EU)

The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):

Luv Crafts is not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution unless required by law.

14. Amendments

Luv Crafts reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase shall apply.
